Hardwood
Veneer Seat - The interior face of our hardwood veneer lumber is
hand-selected for book-matched seams with color and grain consistencies
and features no knots or glue lines. Each seat is whole-piece
faced or minimally seamed for exceptional wood quality resulting in
excellent stain and finish appearance.
Super Seat
- Our exclusive Super SeatTM measures an impressive three
inches in total thickness, consisting of a full 1/4 inch hardwood
seatboard, Dow® polyisocyanurate high-density Rg
foam board, plus a 3/4 inch exterior-grade ply fused into one base for
the ultimate in structural and Best-In-Class thermal performance.
Edge Banding - An uncommon
aesthetic enhancement, edge banding wraps and protects the revealed
edges of the hardwood veneer for durable protection against moisture and
to enhance the finished appearance of the installed unit.
ComfortFoamTM -
Strategic main-frame and sash chambers are fully insulated with
ComfortFoamTM - and environmentally friendly CFC free foam
insulation. ComfortFoamTM fiilled vinyl frames are
superior to insulating properties to all other type of multi-chambered
hollow Vinyl, fiberglass and solid wood windows.
 Low-e
Glass - All of our Bays and Bows come with low-e glass with argon
gas fill standard. Additional glass enhancements are available.
Solid Steel Threaded Rod Mulling -
Compare against lesser designs where mulling is little more than a
capping with no structural function. This solid steel rod extends
from above the units to its underside for total structural support.
Two rods are included inside every Bay or Bow.
Fasteners - Fastening methods vary
widely among manufacturers. Counter sunk weld nuts assure flush
underside for smooth capping while the heavy-duty steel eyebolts
function as strong links to the zero-sag chain support system.
Cable-Free Chain Support System -
Cables stretch under the stress of gravity over time and need to be
adjusted to maintain support. Not true with chains. Our
chain support system holds 1,600 pounds of weight and renders the need
for old-fashioned underbracing obsolete.
Full Vinyl Capping and Wrap - The
Super SeatTM is capped permanently along its exposed outer
edges by the same virgin vinyl used to make our windows. This
system affords easy water run-off and creates a beautiful finished look
with no need for an-site caulk or glue.

Pre-finished External Knee Brace
Provides support where the No-Sag chain support system cannot be
used. This brace features a maintenance-free vinyl clad design
that never needs painting and eliminates the jobsite fabrication of
braces. It is pre-sized to fit the custom protection of each bay
or bow window.

Roof System
Our roofs are custom-built to precisely match your custom bay or bow
window. CNC design and factory assembly ensures perfect fit every
time. Ready for your installers shingle system. Each roof is
also notched to accommodate our hanging chain support system.
 Roof
Clad Kits
Kits are
pre-cut and pre-shaped to fit your bay or bow window. Tooled seam
caps are used to secure each panel and eliminate the possibility of
leaks. Available in 16 ounce real copper, or in 28 decorator Kynar
Painted colors.
